1. Services Provided

BeautyLink offers services designed to help PMU (Permanent Makeup) artists optimize client bookings, marketing efforts, and overall business growth. Our platform provides tools, strategies, and resources to help you streamline your business operations, attract ideal clients, and enhance your business performance.


2. Payment and Billing

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All subscriptions and services are billed in USD, regardless of the location of the user. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

Starter: Includes access to PMU Blueprint, DFY system setup, Exclusive group and Resources.

Pro: Everything in Starter plus proven Ad Strategy, Setup and Management.

Elite: Everything in Pro and Starter plus daily non-dedicated Booking Support and FREE Website


3. Non-Refundable Services

All services provided by BeautyLink are non-refundable. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this non-refundable policy except in specific cases as outlined in the Performance Benchmarks section.


4. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription or service at any time. To cancel, you must notify BeautyLink at least one month before the next billing cycle. Failure to do so will result in your subscription continuing for the next period.

Cancellations can be made via email at [email protected] or through the support platform.Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will process and confirm the cancellation within 7 days.


5. Performance Benchmarks

At BeautyLink, we’re committed to providing continuous support that helps PMU artists achieve steady growth. While specific bookings can’t be guaranteed, our objective is to equip you with the right tools, strategies, and guidance to optimize your business and drive meaningful progress.

Ad Spend Requirement: To ensure the effectiveness of your ad campaigns and maximize outreach, a minimum daily ad spend of $25–$30 USD on Meta ads is required throughout the duration of the program.

Booking Milestone: We aim for at least 10 bookings per month, targeting a total of 30 bookings within 90 days. While these results are not guaranteed, we provide the strategic framework, advertising support, and lead nurturing techniques necessary to help you reach this goal.

Support & Strategy: Your success is our priority. We continuously monitor your campaigns, refine your strategies, and provide resources tailored to your progress. That said, your outcomes depend on your level of engagement, follow-through, and commitment to the process.

Monthly Assessment: We conduct monthly performance reviews to evaluate your progress. If you're not meeting your targets, we’ll work together to identify areas for improvement, realign your strategy, and implement necessary adjustments to increase your chances of success.


Money-Back Guarantee: We stand behind the value of our program. That’s why we offer a Money-Back Guarantee for both Elite and Pro clients—provided certain conditions are met.

Elite Tier – Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a full refund if:

You do not achieve 30 bookings within 90 days

You consistently maintain the required daily ad spend

You engage fully with the program, and follow through on all booking opportunities

Pro Tier – Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, following a full performance review. We will assess:

Daily ad spend compliance

Your level of engagement with our strategies and support

Whether missed follow-ups or unmanaged leads affected performance

Consistent use of the platform for lead communication and management

⚠️ Important: To maintain refund eligibility, all lead interactions must take place within the provided platform. Contacting or managing leads outside the system may compromise tracking and invalidate your eligibility under this guarantee.

6. Termination of Account

BeautyLink reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your access to the services will be revoked, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused services.

7. Currency and Pricing Adjustments

All pricing and payments for BeautyLink services are listed in USD, regardless of the customer's location.

BeautyLink reserves the right to adjust pricing at its sole discretion. Any pricing changes will be communicated in writing before implementation. Such changes shall not constitute a breach of this agreement.

8. Use of Testimonials and Success Stories

By participating in BeautyLink, you grant us permission to use any testimonials, success stories, or results you share with us for promotional purposes. This includes use in advertising, website content, and social media, across both digital and print formats, without further approval or compensation.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

Not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Data Privacy and Consent

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data in accordance with our

Privacy Policy. This includes the use of anonymized data to improve the platform and its services. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. SMS Program Terms and Conditions

Program Name and Description

Program Name: BeautyLink SMS Alerts

Description: By joining the BeautyLink SMS Alerts program, you agree to receive periodic SMS messages about promotions, updates, reminders, and other relevant information related to your account and services. Message types may include appointment reminders, exclusive offers, and updates on new features or courses available on the platform.

Opt-Out Instructions

If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages, you can opt-out at any time by texting "STOP" to unsubscribe from future messages. You will receive a confirmation message to let you know that you have been unsubscribed.

Rejoining Instructions

If you change your mind and want to rejoin the BeautyLink SMS Alerts program after opting out, simply text "START" to resubscribe. You will begin receiving SMS messages again related to your account and services.

Help Instructions

If you need assistance or have questions regarding the SMS program, text "HELP" to receive more information or instructions on how to manage your SMS preferences.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please note that mobile carriers are not responsible for any delayed or undelivered messages, as message delivery depends on your service provider's network.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, and materials provided by or through remain the exclusive property of BeautyLink. These assets are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeautyLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.


14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeautyLink, and their employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services, breach of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.


15. Changes to These Terms

BeautyLink reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. By continuing to use our services after such modifications, you agree to the updated terms.


16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the US, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the US.
