By accessing or using the BeautyLink website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

BeautyLink offers services designed to help PMU (Permanent Makeup) artists optimize client bookings, marketing efforts, and overall business growth. Our platform provides tools, strategies, and resources to help you streamline your business operations, attract ideal clients, and enhance your business performance.

2. Payment and Billing

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All subscriptions and services are billed in USD, regardless of the location of the user. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

Community Access ($99/month): Includes access to our exclusive group, courses and resources.

Pro Plan ($799/month): Includes access to our exclusive group, resources, ad campaign setup, automations, and system setup.

Elite Plan ($1299/month): Includes everything from the Pro plan, along with daily support, appointment setter assistance (non-dedicated), and free website creation (if necessary).

Payments are non-refundable, except in specific cases as outlined in the Performance Expectations section.

3. Non-Refundable Services

All services provided by BeautyLink are non-refundable. By purchasing any plan or service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this non-refundable policy.

4. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription or service at any time. To cancel, you must notify BeautyLink at least

one month before the next billing cycle. Failure to do so will result in your subscription continuing for the next period.

Cancellations can be made via email at [email protected] or through the support platform.Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will process and confirm the cancellation within 7 days.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when using our services.Not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials provided through BeautyLink are the property of BeautyLink and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written permission from BeautyLink.

7. Performance Expectations

BeautyLink provides ongoing support to help PMU artists achieve consistent growth. While we do not guarantee specific bookings, we aim to provide tools and strategies to help you optimize your business.

Ad Spend Requirement (Elite Only): Elite members are required to maintain a minimum daily ad spend of $25 USD on Meta ads for 90 consecutive days after joining.

Booking Recommendations (Elite Only): We recommend Elite members strive to achieve at least 10 bookings per month. While we do not guarantee this outcome, we provide resources and support to help you maximize your booking potential.

Ongoing Support and Optimization: We will help optimize your ad campaigns and business strategies, but results depend on your active participation, consistent effort, and engagement with the provided resources.

Evaluation: After 90 days, BeautyLink will review your performance. Should you not meet the recommended booking expectations, we will work with you to revise your strategy or provide additional resources.

8. Termination of Account

BeautyLink reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your access to the services will be revoked, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused services.

9. Limitation of Liability

BeautyLink will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeautyLink, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of our services, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

BeautyLink reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use our services after such modifications, you agree to the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the US, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the US.

By joining BeautyLink, you grant us permission to use any testimonials, success stories, or results you share for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising campaigns, website content, and social media posts. These materials may be used in various formats, both online and offline, without requiring further approval or compensation.

16. Currency and Pricing Adjustments

All pricing and payments for BeautyLink services are listed in USD, regardless of the customer's location.

BeautyLink reserves the right to adjust pricing at its sole discretion. Any pricing changes will be communicated in writing before implementation. Such changes shall not constitute a breach of this agreement.
